Tesco points

I've had to swop to T*sco as my supermarket since moving and getting points accordingly for my shopping.
I also get T*sco points from the fuel tariff I'm on with E-on, which I've just had added to my "account".
I've now got absolutely LOADS of points (in the thousands) and don't know quite whats what with them, not having been a T*sco shopper before.
How do I cash these points in? Do they all come to me as extra vouchers and, if so, how could I prevent getting all those vouchers at once (as the vouchers would expire long before I could get to use them all up).
Is there some other way to get my "money" out of those points than those vouchers?

The word you are looking for is Tesco, or to be more specific Tesco Clubcard0

You will get vouchers quarterly via the post, you can either use them for money off your shopping or swap them for deals http://www.tesco.com/clubcard/deals/Why pay full price when you may get it YS0

Vouchers tend to come quarterly but are valid for about two years. If you go on line you can see ways of spending them other than in the supermarket.0

Tesco also have their own version of argos called tesco direct, you can sometimes get offers where they bump your rewards up to 4x the amount so you could use that to buy stuff on tesco direct maybe?MFW OP's 2017 #101 £829.32/£5000

If you go to the Tesco website and click on the clubcard part you can see all the different things you can swap your vouchers for - we have used them for magazine subscriptions, money off days out, four times the value at Christmas on gift sets, etc. Or you can just use the face value of the voucher off your shopping. (Sorry realised I've just repeated what HOWMUCH has posted!)0

Look at Tesco Boost - you can swap for, for example, 4x your Clubcard points for restaurant vouchers for a meal out. We've taken family out with ours (infact, OH and I are about to enjoy a meal out courtesy of our Clubcard points tonight)0

Or look at the Boost offers - we bought all the tiles for our bathroom at Topps using Clubcard rewards; we've had a few weekends away; we've bought a washing machine; and we used Clubcard rewards for Goldsmiths to buy our wedding rings, best man gift, and 2 watches fir our wedding and also several other items of jewellery, plus umpteen meals out around the country.2021 Decluttering Awards: ⭐⭐🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 2022 Decluttering Awards: 🥇

I love Tesco points! It's my nearest petrol station so I do tend to collect a lot of points. So far I have had:
£300 to spend on jewellery from Goldsmiths
Several magazine subscriptions
Lots of iTunes vouchers (look out for offers as they sometimes offer them cheaper)
Lots of free meals
Lots of posh beauty products
A friend has had several weekends at posh hotels paid for with her points.0 -
We have paid our RAC membership with clubcard points for years. Feels like we get free cover. Remainder we use for Christmas presents - often manage to get the double/triple up for things from Tesco Direct - toys, electronics, CDs etc.
