Changing supplier whilst in erroneous transfer return process?

Thanks, I'll give that a shot. Only caveat I can see is that they keep blaming the delays on Scottish Power, but regardless the request was initially raised with NP.
Although from reading MAP10, there seems to be a suggestion of 10 working days from initial request for re-registration with the old supplier, albeit the maximum recommended timescale. I also forgot that npower were supposed to be raising an objection to the switch at the time when we received their generic 'sorry you're leaving' email, which they admitted wasn't done.0 -
suppliers only have 14 days to object, after that only a competitive objection can be raised. Likely npowers staff didn't have a clue how to raise it on the sap system as all the trained staff leftDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

It was raised well within 14 days - but for some reason it only happened with the electric. NP admitted that the gas transfer should have been the same but it wasn't done due to staff error - your reply's probably spot on!0
