Tiler ruined bathroom

    Thanks all.

    It's certainly been a lesson learned for us not to take recommendations on their word. The original 'tiler' was recommended through one of my husband's friends as he knows the family and he'd had some kitchen tiles done by him which were apparently ok... We just went with the, 'oh I know a tiler who you can use.'

    We've got plenty of cowboy builder type photos and will try to get a report from the new tiler we're using.

    The replacement tiler we've decided to go with was recommended through Topps Tiles and we know of several big jobs he's done such as showrooms for companies.

    Fingers crossed we'll get sorted and won't be out of pocket.
