IVA - How long does it take to close?
I want to ask how long does it take to close an IVA down?
I cancelled mine back in July as I was assessed for a DRO, and an IVA was clearly unsuitable for me.
The creditors meeting was held back in December to discuss it.
Its now 9 months and each time I contact Debt Free Direct I am fobbed off.
What can I do about this as I feel they are dragging this out.
I stopped paying back in July so I can't see the hold up in sending the failure certificate!!:mad:
