Induction hob - Kwh Heat question

I've been looking at this induction hob...
http://www.siemens-home.co.uk/our-products/cooking/hobs/EH875MP17E.html
In the tech specs it says the max output for one of the rings is 2.2kw
I notice on some others such as the next one up it gives a max rating of 3.3 kW! How will that 1.1kw affect my dreary life?
I'm just asking about heat here not overall kw load or anything. I notice that the one I was looking at has a boost function but cannot download the manual from anywhere so cannot see what it actually boosts to.
Thanks.

We use the 3.3kw Max mode / boost mode on our largest hob ring all the time. So I would get one with it.0
