Equiniti Charges- Selling shares

I have a number of BT shares that are held by Equiniti. These shares were purchased as part of a Share Incenive Program and are now out of their holding period, which means that I can sell them free of income tax and NI obligations.
As far as I can see, the charges are pretty high for selling these from the Equiniti Easyshare service (1%, minimum £15).
Any recommendations for selling these to minimise the charges? Are there any restrictions to transferring them to another broker?

I was in the same position and transfered my shares to x-o who charge £5.99 a trade. I sent a cheque for £10 to transfer them and form B if I remember correctly along with a transfer form ,took a few weeks. Its free to open an account with X-o.0
