Fridge freezer - Bosch or AEG

What's your experience of integrated fridge freezers from these two companies. I've narrowed my search to two:

Bosch Logixx KIN85AF30G built in fridge freezer
AEG Santo SCT81800S0 integrated fridge freezer

Both look similar on paper but the AEG is for 650 at Curry's, the Bosch is 900 (100 less with trade in) at AO. Is the extra 150 for Bosch worth it?
