Thinkpad A20m memory

Can Any body tell me a place to buy cheap laptop memory .Specifically for an IBM Thinkpad A20m .it can max at 512 ..( I know this won't do much )..I am loooking at buying maybe 1 or 2 -256 sticks ..It currently has a 64 stick in .
If this works out to expensive then i'll shelve the idea .The only good price and can see is always on American sites .
Any ideas ....?

eBay - search for 256Mb PC100 laptop memory.

320Mb (64 + 256) should be more than enough. G

Either way, you need SDRAM PC100 laptop memory

128MB IBM Thinkpad PC100 SODIMM (p/n 20L0255)


256MB IBM Thinkpad PC100 SDRAM SODIMM (p/n 33L3069)

You might find other cheaper high density memory, but ask for assurances on compatibility before purchase.

Cheers for that ..Another member of the family this time .
I just tried to install Kaspersky and it warned me insuficient memory .I'll check whether she thinks the lappy is worth another £30.00 investment .

ebay may find something cheaper. Just check compatibility.
