The Windows installation directory is usually C:\WINDOWS, while most programs get installed in C:\Program Files by default.

In your case it could be the installation directory of a particular program? So before you do anything, please tell us what you have to copy+paste, & who/what is asking you to do this. G

Sorry, I still don't understand, but you could try copying the two files into the folder: C:\Program Files\[the music software folder's name]\. Then restart the music program.

If it doesn't quite work as required (not the copy+paste, but the functionality), can you simply state:
1. The name of the music software program (e.g., Audacity)
2. The name of the files you need to copy & paste
3. A weblink, if possible, which details these instructions
