Does IKEA still charge for using a credit card?

in Credit cards
Hi there
I haven't shopped in IKEA for quite a while but going there over the weekend.
I know they used to charge for using a credit card rather than a debit card, does anyone know if they still do this? I can't find anything on their website, but it isn't the most user friendly one in the world.
Thanks

No. I buy things there occasionally and usually use a credit card, never been charged extra. So you should be fine.0

 Are you MAD
Much as I love Ikea, most of the house is furnished from there, no incentive on earth would compel me to go there over a bank holiday weekend.
(Probably a little bit of hyperbole in that statement.

Thanks everyone.
Apparently my good friend who goes to the Southampton store on a very regular basis (I think she must have bought half of IKEA) tells me if you go after 6pm it is pretty dead. Perhaps it's because it's a city centre store? It may be different in other locations...
Although if she attempts to make me walk round a store full of crazy people she may well end up regretting it!

I dunno, the southampton store is super busy. Are you driving? You'll queue for ages just to get in the car park.0

Can't recall if I was charged but last time I was there they accepted my American Express card.
As for points above, the Southampton store gets very busy. I queued for ages once to get into the car park, the store was so packed that going around was a pain, then qued for what felt like hours to get out and back to M270 -
Thanks for the replies.
Well we are going tomorrow now, so hopefully after the mad Bank Holiday weekend rush.
I live in Southampton, I believe that it is still in the top 10 most congested cities in the country. Probably more so now there are more cruise ships coming in - and most of them seem to arrive/depart on the same days causing the docks/city centre to become completely gridlocked.
Luckily I live in the city centre so IKEA is in walking distance - unless you are buying something big and heavy which I have no intention of doing.
Even living in the city centre I rarely shop in the city. I do as much as possible online or food shopping in my local stores on my way home from work. I despise going into the city centre. West Quay shopping centre is probably my idea of hell. Christmas I avoid it completely.
The roads in and out of the docks area are particularly bad - see comment above about cruise ships - never ever ever go to IKEA on a day when there are cruise ships coming in or out, the road infrastructure just can't take it. We are a city of roadworks and badly designed 'traffic calming' (rename that road rage making) traffic signals, mini roundabouts and bus/bicycle lanes.
They are attempting to improve the roads around the docks but it is taking a very long time to complete. I am sure the traffic will become even worse due to the commencement of the major redevelopment of the land beside IKEA into a cinema, flats, a hotel and restaurants.

Although I am looking forward to the redevelopment of the new Cultural Quarter and arts complex at the other end of the city centre. It is much needed.
Two years ago I got rid of my car as I live within walking distance of work, and I have not regretted it. It was just sat outside my house depreciating in value. I also live a 10 minute walk from my mother's house. Driving to my mother's also takes just under 10 minutes due to the one way systems and traffic lights I have to go through to get there. It is crazy. If I need a car I hire one, it has saved me a fortune and my sanity!0
