When I decided to move my IF ISA I transferred a large sum in from my IF current account. When I started looking at ISAs I decided I didn't want to tie all of that up so I transferred most of it back.
Although the amount was only in the ISA for half an hour, does it count towards the amount subscribed this year for the purposes of the transfer form?

I assume, technically yes - if you want to transfer your ISA, I would just do it after 6 April to avoid answering that question!
