I had the fortune at working for FOCUS when they went belly up, I had one customer who was exceptionally rude so I seized my moment and told him exactly what I thought. He said he wanted head offices phone number to make a complaint, so i duly gave it to him and told him if he managed to speak to anyone to let me know as they had all been made redundant a week earlier.

It never fails to amaze me how rude people can be. i bet the customer was so shocked ha. i just cant stand people being rude.

i have once phoned a company up and had a little bit of a go over the phone... but i apologised straight after and was like " i am really sorry i know its not personally your fault, its just it gets quite frustrating" i am a little rubbish at "kicking off"

I've still not got round to going to Duinrell ! Maybe next year . do they accept dogs do you know/ ( new addition to our family , Lola ! 8 months )


Out of the 3 years so far , going for May half terms. 2 have been lovely, 1 not so . So hoping for nice and sunny again this year

Its about what you say not how you say it. Having worked in retail for 16 years I know more than mos the people i deal with as a customer myself. The look on their faces when you start to quote retail law to them is always fun. Even better when its one of the im the store manager I know everything types.
