Thanks! Already contacted them 2 weeks ago and I was told there was a problem - expected it to be OK by now. I've emailed them again.
Wonder if it's anything to do with me using dial-up? Just a thought!
Would one of you be kind enough to email me the URL you are using to...

Sorry - reason I was asking you to email the URL instead of posting here is also because of the darned dial-up. This site takes forever to load and navigate because of it.

Just got a reply from M&S Money saying..

We have found that a small number of customers are experiencing problems
such as yours.

Our website Technical management team are currently collating customers
details and are trying to resolve the problem.
