Very - out of date cash back offer on site and they don't care

I was in the process of ordering an Epson printer when I decided to double check the cash back offer and it expired on 31/03 so I went on to live chat and let them know and they told me to contact Epson for the offer cash, I told them three times that it was the advert on their site being out of date I was telling them about but they couldn't grasp it.
So I rang and spoke to a lady who then told me that Epson actually run the Very website (!) so I had to ring Epson and then she hung up.
Excellent customer service from Very. :mad:
