Please can you assist.
PPI was taken out through one of the Big Banks in Jersey. Can we claim back the PPI? If yes, how do we go about it?

Apparently, Jersey does now have an Omnibudsman. So if you are sure I can claim back for mis-selling of PPI in Jersey, should I go to the Bank first or direct to the Omnibudsman?

The FOS and the whole PPI reclaim thing is a UK based issue, I don't believe you can refer a Jersey sale to the British ombudsman as they won't have jurisdiction but you can ask themSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
