If you're after a sheraton hotel, sign up and book through www.spg.com
It's the Sheraton (well Starwood, the hotel group) loyalty scheme and they also guarantee you won't find the hotel cheaper elsewhere.
I stayed in the Delta Chelsea, Toronto and thought it was great. Went to the top floor every evening to use the 'Free' fitness centre, Jacuzzi, and pool.In Niagara I stayed at 'the Sheraton on the Falls'. This must be the older hotel that Ailuro2 mentioned. This hotel is the nearest to the falls. It overlooks the smaller American part. I had a falls view room and it was spectacular....laid in the biggest most comfortable bed ever, and watched them through the window. It is very close to the falls and the other Sheraton (Fallsview) is up a hill but overlooks the horseshoe. Whatever you do, you must walk across the bridge to America and go to the 'cave of the winds'. you WILL get wet but the experience is amazing.
