1. This prize draw is open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 or over, holding a MasterCard card issued by a UK financial institution, excluding employees and their immediate families of MasterCard, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw.

2. The prize draw will run from 01/04/2015 to (11.59pm on 06/04/2015) inclusive (“Promotional Period”).

3. Only one entry per cardholder is permitted during the Promotional Period. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details including but not limited to email accounts, names, telephone numbers or addresses will be disqualified from this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

4. To enter the prize draw, cardholders must visit https://www.priceless.com/london, click on the banner for the “Sit with the Nominees at The Olivier Awards 2015” under the “THEATRE” category and click “Enter” during the Promotional Period. Cardholders will then be directed to the promotion entry page, where they must enter all mandatory details and submit their entry.

5. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. Numerous factors outside the control of the Promoter may interfere with the operation of the website. The Promoter does not therefore guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the website.

7. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. MasterCard (the “Promoter”) takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

8. Entries must be received by 11.59pm on 06/04/2015 (“Closing Date”). The prize draw will take place under the supervision of an independent adjudicator who will randomly select winners. The winners will be notified by email or phone within 48 hours of the Closing Date.

9. 5 x “Sit with the Nominees at The Olivier Awards” packages will be available, each comprising:

o 2 x ‘Sit with the Nominees’ tickets to The Olivier Awards 2015 with MasterCard on 12/04/2015 at the Royal Opera House, London, WC2E 9DD

o 2 x glasses of champagne on arrival and a souvenir brochure

o 2 x tickets to the Post Awards Celebration at the Royal Opera House

o One night at the Rosewood London Hotel (based on two people sharing) including breakfast

o Return private car transfers from the hotel to the show.

All other costs and expenses in taking up the prize, including but not limited to, spending money as required, are the winners’ and guests’ own. The prize is as stated and nothing else is included.

The prize is date and event specific and cannot be transferred or postponed to a later date. Owing to the timing of the prize, winners will have 48 hours from first being contacted to:
Acknowledge the prize via the instructions in the winning notification
Provide a valid ID in the form of a passport or driving licence and proof they have an active MasterCard card
Confirm they wish to accept the prize.
Failure to do this will result in the prize being forfeit and the Promoter may at its absolute discretion award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original winner or dispose of the prize at its discretion without liability to the winners. The decision of the Promoter is final. Please ensure you are available during this period in case you are a winner.
