All entries must be received by midnight on Friday, May 29, 2015. 6. The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value shall be provided.
8. One winning entrant will win a two-night short break for two in the St Pierre Park Hotel and Golf Resort, St Peter Port, Guernsey from July 24 to July 25, 2015. The prize includes return economy class flights with Aurigny Air Services and two nights accommodation based on two people sharing a view room on a bed and breakfast basis.
9. Flights will be from the airport nearest to the winner which serves Aurigny Air Services flights to Guernsey and are based on the winner and their companion traveling together. Winners must be available to travel on Friday 24 July and to return to the UK on Sunday 26 July. Bookings cannot be amended without permission and may be subject to administration fees payable by the winner. The prize is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
10. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer from Aurigny Air Services or St Pierre Park Hotel and Golf Resort and is non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
11. The prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and the airport, transfers, travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs other than where mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they and their companion both have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
12. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
