Need help with travel insurance to South Africa

Will be travelling to South Africa in October for a couple of weeks to visit (and will be staying with) family. There are two of us travelling with no medical problems and both in our 20s. We will also be venturing into Lesotho and Swaziland.
I am completely confused as to where to get travel insurance from!! All I have been told is it's probably not the best option to go for the cheapest and I know medical care is extremely expensive out there - the part we are staying in is a 'civilised' area but we will be venturing into malarial areas when we go on safari. Does anyone have any advice?
Much appreciated!
