Just sat it yesterday, and by gosh the questions were totally and I mean totally different to the actual LM2 booklet... it actually made no sense? There was a question regarding recital clause and when I looked into the booklet after, there was no glossary stating 'recital or recital clause'
Anybody else found LM2 slightly off balance...?

I took LM2 last year, it was all quite new to me so took a lot of learning. Are you using the CII study book, recital is in chapter 8, section C - Key terms and conditions used in policy wordings.
Did you pass?0 -

ohh right i see... there it is... i wonder why it wasnt shown in the glossary section in the back
I didnt pass. To me it felt like there were a lot of questions being shown to me which I didnt recognise and I was just getting stumped left, right and centre
so annoyed right now... LM1 was so smooth and easy0 -
I find the index is rather useless in all my CII text books. I have them as e-books and use the search function instead.
LM2 is certainly a lot harder than LM1. Practice questions is the only thing I can suggest. When you find a question you can't answer go over the topic and then retest yourself. Good luck.0 -

Yeah thats true. I read a chapter, I do all the small in test questions in the booklet, and then i go onto revisionmate and do chapter by chapter once I finish a chapter... so to me, i did A LOT of revision in a 1 month period!
Im awaiting for CII to send me the breakdowns of what I got wrong so i can revise those... I think the woman said it takes around 1-2 weeks...

That would be difficult as I cannot remember exactly the questions I found to be difficult. They also do not provide a transcript or give you the paper back showing the correct answers so you can revise that... So it does become tricky...

Maybe I should buy the £29 revision pack?0
