Southern finance underwriters?

Hi we have had some success with a PPI company with 2 accounts but we have 2 old car loans with Southern Finance that we have the original agreements for with PPI showing on them but Gladstone Brookes who we are using need to know who the underwriters were. Any idea how to find this out? thankyou

What on earth are you paying them for if they are making you do the work?? You are paying them hansomely for putting a stamp on an envelope, the least they could do is actually work for their money!Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

well exactly! they have closed the 2 cases now so I have no idea what to do next. I thought if they can't find out the underwriters how are we supposed to. maybe they are too old now they are from 2003.0
