Hi all,
Just wondering- if ur claiming bak ur charges with interest and end up having to go through the small claims court- do u need to increase the interest?
Basically, I've gone through the whole process and now I'm at the stage of threatening the credit card companies with court action and since its been a while since I started the process, just wondering if I can increase the interest

Barclaycard have paid up :T
Capital One have paid up :T
Written a letter of complaint to Barclays, as apparantly they can't find my Account details :mad:

Yes - just put your charges through Martin's interest calculator again when you file a claim and you will see!Reclaimed thanks to this site:

No, you sort of start afresh with the court claim, the letters were just a pre-amble really. You can also add new charges up until filing the claim.Reclaimed thanks to this site:
