Do automatic relists count towards the monthly allowance ?

Over the last couple of months I have been listing a lot of small value items, far more than I have done in the past.
This resulted in me reaching my maximum listing figure for the month, something I never had never really bothered about before.
Although some items sold, many did not and others end today. Unfortunately when I listed them, I clicked to automatically relist them. Will this count in April's total allowance.
If so, I'll just edit them and untick the relist button
thank you

Yes they do count.0

I do automatic free lists all the time and they have never come off the monthly allowance. I had used up my March allowance by the second week and since then a lot of auctions have finished (unsold) and been automatically relisted. I haven't been charged for them.0

Forgot to mention - just make sure that you had not opted for any super gallery or whatever they call it, the first time round. You might be charged for that if it automatically relists.
Looked at previous threads on the same subject and for some business sellers they have come off the monthly allowance.
I am a private seller and I know mine have never come off the monthly allowance.0 -
You also have to watch that you don't take the offer of the Sub-title at £1 when they offer it free as, if you have auto relist, it will charge you for them the next time."For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone."0

Thank you for all your replies.
Yesterday, on my 'Monthly Selling Allowances' section it h details of ..
How many I had sold
How many I have listed (active)
How many I can list ... with a red 0 next to it
Now, April is here my total is well over 100 already, obviously the active ones.
I decided to remove some of the low value items and luckily as I do this, the 'How many I can list' figure goes up. At least I can start the month with a decent 'space' to fill... rather than having a plethora of items that didn't sell over the first 30 days, and probably won't sell this time either.0 -
I think you mean your selling limits, rather than free listings limits. Your monthly allowance includes anything listed and sold. It includes relists and even second chance offers.
If your account is above standard you can contact Ebay and they will increase them. When I first started my business account it had limits. I rang them and had a long patronising lecture on how to run a business on Ebay but they increased them by five times. Then have now 12 months later automatically increased them by 10 times. I just got a message out of the blue.0 -
Sorry, I think I have misunderstood your question. You meant the total selling allowances and I was talking about the monthly promotional allowance (which for private sellers is 20 per month). The automatic listings don't come off these 20 but could come off the total allowance - I don't know because I have never bothered to keep an eye for that as I would never reach that limit!!!
Sorry for confusing you.0
