Savvy Shopper! I've been Money Tipped!
    Hi Everyone
Sorry as its so late Im just going to write a quick one, and then get back to normal tommorow.
FVD - Huge congrats on your house that really is amazing. A massive chunk off the mortgage & the chance for your son to be less dependant on you, or motor travel, can both only be good things.

Well, sorry for the huge cliff hanger and not following up, the reason is I dont know myself yet. The lady came out this morning, seemed absolutely lovely, & was very complimentary about the place. But no email as yet from the agency. I am assuming that might be a good thing as if it was a no Im sure I'd have heard back? As they approached me specifically, it seems odd if they did just get cold feet. But with easter weekend approaching Im wondering if the decision maker may be off or something? Who knows but not losing hope yet.
I am very late home tonight as I had to go and have an extra scan, due to being a previous c secion mum. They wanted to check whether the umbilical cord was growing near the scar, which it isnt. Although they do have some concerns about the placenta being a bit low. Apparently at the moment that is totally normal, but if it doesnt move by the 20 week scan it may mean I have to have another c. I am not fussed really, so long as its a healthy baby, the birth is not important.
Just sat down, done all the usual checks. Today was a lot slower, only £85. But I was glad of the breathing space. The last two days were a bit much. Did a lot of cleaning, & making sure we have enough to last to Friday so all good things. First of the Paypal money came through, looks to be a 3 day lead time. Interesting given how quick normal paypal is. Wonder what they gain from that hanging onto your money for longer...
I think I may have a Foxgloves situation going on with my budget too, I have combed through it and appear to be up a substantial amount, which doesnt make much sense. Rent has gone out, went through rest of budget line by line, everything is accounted for. Weird....will keep an eye.
Found 5p on my travels. And also a £4.50 off voucher on a £30 shop, which I will definately be using on sunday. So good news!
Oh but woe is us, the weird electrical woosh that happened on the TV the other night turned into the TV now wont turn on at all, think its gone to TV heaven. RIP. I said to OH its time to downsize anyway. Our old house was a big victorian with quite a large lounge. This teeny house we now live in and love has a much smaller vibe and the 50 inch plasma has felt a little, er *chavvy* at times :) now is the perfect excuse to go minimal.

Right well night all. Sorry not to do indiviual replies this evening.

Thanks all for the good wishes.

Bob, I would be surprised if the location people came back with a decision the same day too, you know how these things work, they probably have to run it past management as a courtesy first.

Hannah, totally with you on the Easter egg situation, were down to the last one now and off course that size is mow twice the price to when we bought them. Thankfully Mr S have reduced their small own brand ones to 80p but that means we have to eat the last Cadburys one (would be rude not to ;) as we can't give one of the kids a bigger one than the others ;) ) At least poor Picachu finally got mended though (yes, I've been paying attention!)

Not a good money saving day for me as I bought all 3 meals out today but the x box sold on eBay so I've made more today than I spent at least. I also bought DS a new game though it was half the price in Mr T than it is at Game.

    Happy Wednesday all :)
