Anyone signed up for the BG tariff with the Amazon voucher?

How long did it take for them to send your voucher?

I started my switch at the beginning of April with my supply starting in 4 days time. I just received my voucher, 4 days before the tariff even begins.

Just got mine today...6 weeks later, after having gone through customer services twice to get it

I got mine yesterday 3 days after signing with them.

I should mention I was given a £10 credit for the 2 times I was promised a callback on this issue but never received either.

Have to say, I have been promised many callbacks over the year from BG and they never fail to not callback.
