No it didn't and I did check them prior to use. They fell out anyway in the first hour.
You can't even get replacement stud for this model which is crazy!
There are numerous reviews on Amazon saying the same thing that suddenly disappeared!
Why don't they just admit they are faulty, I just don't get it0 -
I'd forgotten about this thread and just got a message of a new post.
I feel your pain with SD but any attempt to get a refund was a complete waste of time. My purchase ended up in the bin. I now boycott SD so their refusal to refund £10 ish has resulted in them loosing hundreds of £ of sales since. Best to vote with your feet.
I will never make another purchase there again on principle as they just basically rip their customer off.0 -

Yea, you along with 20 other people :rotfl:0 -
I took them to small claims court in 2009 to refund some postage on damaged goods as per the distance selling regs at the time.
They didnt deal with it, judgement was awarded and in the end they paid up!0 -
Lots of people have trouble with them.
But then again... lots of people don't realise that when you buy a piece of sportswear or equipment for £2.99... when the big brands are charging £30 for similar, then what you are getting.. as Gerald Ratner once said.. is utter crap.0 -
Im no longer aloud in their Walsall store.
I entered wearing a hoody in winter, with my hood up as i walked through the door, before i even had chance to remove my hood the lads at the door started telling me to take my hood down or get out. I of course kicked up a fuss and they didnt like the fact that i spoke my mind. Got banned.
Their customer service has always been appalling.
Their products not too great (i only ever got socks from there anyway). No man is your friend, No man is your enemy. Every man is your teacher.

I'd have just said 'OK, guys', put my hood down and carried on into the shop.0 -

Good on the staff at Sports Direct. Fair play to them for banning you.0
