Is this the only place you find your competition?

Hello fellow compers.
I'm relatively new to the world of competition entries, I did try it once and won a signed pair of trainers by Mike Skinner (lead singer of The Streets) I've never won anything since, but now want to get back into it.
I used to use a website called ukcompetitions.com........does anyone else use other sources or do you all just use MSE?
I'm James by the way.

Hi James! Welcome!
I personally just use MSE. Most competitions seem to find their way onto MSE at one point or another anyway, and using just one source means you avoid duplicating your entry in a competition and subsequently disqualifying yourself. I find just using MSE easier for this reason, but of course everyone has different preferences. Best of luck!0 -
Mainly mse but I do give the HotUkdeals comp page a look from time to time.2018 wins-12wins0

Hi, there are a few replies here:
other competition forums?
How do you find competitions?
Plus:
My "favourite" MSE view re "using" other portals to actually comp via seems to be covered via this poll though:

I only use Mse so I know where I am up too but I do lots of comping on twitter and fb and usually find them before they appear on MSE and then just do the other ones on mse if that makes sense x0

Hiya James
I am new to comping as well, I mainly use MSE but also do searches on twitter usually with #win or #competition and I find alot that way but I do end up seeing most of those comps on here. I do go on prizefinder the odd time and I enter the click2win comps on take a break/thats life as well.
I do find MSe the best though and mostly all of my comps are from here.
Good luck and hope you get some wins x0 -
Hi James
Welcome to MSE. I only use MSE for comping, as the others have said, its so that I can keep track of what I've entered and make sure I don't dupe myself.
Good luck and hope you have a nice win soon x2023 £2180, 2022 £300, 2021 £1800, 2015 £3790, 2014 £44600 -
Hi All
I used to comp a while ago but always used UK Competitions which unfortunately I have got very used to that website and am struggling to get used to MSE, do you all mind if I join in and post her but enter through UK Competitions.........looks like majority of the sites have the same competitions!0 -

So how much time do you spend each night or each week comping? How many comps do you rekon you enter in a week?
Anyone Regular winners on here?
I haven't entered any yet if I'm honest only joined today lol
Hi James
Quick question you here to join in the MSE fun or to promote UK competitions?
It's just your threads don't quite tally somehow.Rational judgement, now, at this very moment.
Virtuous action, now, at this very moment.

Willing acceptance - now, at this very moment - of what you can’t change0 -
No I'm not here to promote UK Competitions. I got into competition entering a while ago and at one stage was entering over 100 a week but it didn't last very long and I only won 1 thing which was the signed trainers. However if you look at UKCompetitions it's basically a list rather than a forum, which is what I have gotten used to, however it's quite boring so I would be using that website to do my entering but would like to come and chat and post on MSE0

I have just had a look at the UK Competitions site. Seems a bit short on comps to enter compared to here. I think I will just stick with MSE :-)0
