The BPA had declined the Board’s request for further funding due to the pressures it was experiencing from AOS members defecting to the IPC scheme which did not have an Independent Scrutiny arrangement.

DFT officials indicated that they would respond to evidence that there were problems with parking appeals services but at present they were not aware that there were such problems.

stagecoach tried that in Preston , we had a "bus war" until stagecoach bought the local lot out for coppers , however North West Traffic Commissioner stuck there nose in and made them sell out
