IVA Help

Hi,
I have been contacted by someone to take an IVA out. I am really struggling with debt so I want to go ahead with sorting it out. I have a mortgage that finishes in 4 years so I don't want my house to be taken away or add take any equity out of it. Is this possible? Also the company says hey are called IPSOS but I haven't heard of these before are there any tips and advice you can give about an IVA please. Thank you.

If your mortgage is due to be fully paid in only 4 years then it is unlikely that an IVA is the best choice for you as you will be made to remortgage in the fifth year to withdraw equity, or continue for another year.

How much do you owe (excluding mortgage), how much to you earn and how much equity do you have now and in 5 years time?
