it wont be done for you, its your job to find the cloesest match from the ones on offer and adapt it, or do one from scratch
what happened on the day is rarely relevant so just pick one from all on offer and adapt it
they are not templates, they are examples of appeals, to allow people like you to see how they are worded and to adapt one or make your own up
there are 2 permit ones and a parkdirect one listed for a start
if you tried harder, then you would get some feedback and critique, if you dont nobody will do it for you , for free
remember, we are volunteers here , so if you want a bespoke service, pay for it (sorry to be blunt, but sometimes it needs saying)0
