Citibank Payment Problems

Has anybody had problems making online payments from a Citibank account in the last few days please?

I made a payment yesterday and got a message saying "Your payment cannot be processed at this time. Please do not resubmit your instruction. Please call CitiPhone Banking for further assistance". Citiphone Banking tell me they have some sort of problem with their systems and it should reach the destination account today (though no sign of it yet).

I tried a small test payment this morning and that worked fine, arriving at the destination account almost immediately. However, a larger payment this afternoon has given me the "Your payment cannot be processed..." message again.

Does anybody know what's really going on? This is starting to get annoying!
