With the onslaught of complaints about companies, thought I'd buck the trend.
Went to Halfords (Not the cheapest retailer by far) to buy some fuel additive. Needed it quick so couldn't wait for on line purchase. Went in store, found what I needed, £13+. Checked Amazon on line price on my smart phone, £11.08. Asked the checkout guy, could he match the Amazon price? Without hesitation he looked at my phone and said yes no problem, updated the till manually and purchase done.
If you don't ask you don't get.
