What can I do with my bananas?

When they start to go brown and really soft, which I don't really like. Can I make a crumble with them, or would that not work? All I've got in mind is bread and cake...

I have made banana and apple crumble with over-ripe bananas and it was much nicer than i expected.
I generally freeze to make banana bread or smoothies but some of these other ideas sound great, including freezing without the skin, I always freeze my fingers trying to peel them so can't believe i haven't thought about this before!!
