Muleing with a Santander Zero atm withdrawals?

So I've not even really started my slow stooze plan, and I noticed something interesting on my Santander Zero card statement.

As per the Santander page on the card, my statement says "Cash Transactions Fee 0.00% (minimum £0.00)"

Does this mean I could withdraw cash with my Zero card until I was approaching the limit of my Nationwide select, and then transfer the balance for 0.25%? I cannot imagine what else "cash transactions" means, but I also cannot find anything explicitly stating that it means ATM withdrawals.

Thanks in advance

I should add that I'm aware interest will be charged daily from the day of withdrawal, but the monthly rate is 2.07%, so it should cost, at the most, about £3 for £1850.

I'm not sure, but don't lots of credit card cash withdrawals (even for zero) aversely affect your credit report?
