Hi
I have a business account, a joint husband and wife account and a personal account with Nat west, I also have a joint account with my brothers and sisters,
I went slightly over my overdraft limit (direct debit caught me out by a week) the bank sent me a letter saying if i didnt resolve it, i did at the first opportunity, they would take money from any of my accounts that were in credit to cover the costs!
Can anyone tell me if they can do this?
Thanks

Although I believe they can't take money from your business account if the business is a limited company.0
