There is a practical issue with this (assuming that there isn't a general exemption for all car sales) which is the level playing field.
In other words, if other companies are losing trade because they are observing the law, then that would be wrong.0 -

I am not sure he would have wasted an police time, other than the 5 minutes on the phone call.
They will probably get round to doing something about it when they have solved all the murders, robberies, assaults and all other crimes they have to deal with.0
