Oh that's a real shame Catmadroo - the annoying thing was that TCB never posted up any terms (or the link was/is dead anyway) so no way of checking if it was area restricted!! Maybe you could argue that point and see if TCB will maybe offer you a cash alternative?

Thanks Biker chick, I normally do check t&c's for these types of comps, and as you say and I doubled checked today there is no t&C's showing, just that they apply. The company is suppose to contact me so I will speak to them was wondering if they would pay another cleaning contractor in my area to do it instead! Can only ask!!Catmadroo
