H2B Isa

Martin in his last newletter stated that if you wanted to take advantage of the new H2B ISA you should cancel your direct debits immediatley so as not to activate a 2015/2016 ISA
This is not strictly true, you can have an ISA commencing April 2015 and as long as you dont exceed £1000 by the time the new H2B`s are launched you can transfer it over.
This was not made clear in his statement !

Lots of things weren't clear, mainly because they've not even been launched yet and may not even happen depending on election result.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0
