& therefore it's not fitted to the MI, if you can't even drop the flap down you have no chance of removing the case, therefore if you got WB out on a warentee call they would just turn around & walk away, prob best to move the socket before the boiler needs any repairsI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.

Thanks, that seems the most sensible option. The previous owner has left some tiles. However, if the main cover won't come off, how did they get it on - perhaps temporarily remove thedouble socket?0 -
