i know people have a major problem with this bank but i ahve had great dealings with them and not had one single problem so i thought i wud let u all know about it. i accidently miscalulated how much to take of my money out of my current account and put in my online savings account thus i went over my overdraft and they were gonna charge me but when i phoned them up they said they would cancel it as it was my first time for going over. so alls well ends well
