I make sourdough bread at home. It's delicious and doesn't have any sugar in at all. I don't have a breadmaker though - I'm not sure if you can make sourdough with them.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks

Just checked my Panasonic book, and the max amount of sugar in wholemeal loaves are 1 tblsp, with the exception of 1 1/2 tblsp making extra large malted brown.
OP I posted a recipe on another breadmaking thread for a cheese and oat loaf, I quite often omit the cheese.
