ASDA cancelled my order... After having delivered it

Hello everyone,
I'm in a weird situation. Last week I placed an order on asda.com for some groceries, and it was scheduled for delivery between 12 and 2PM on thursday. Nobody showed up, I got in touch and was able to get them to come back in the afternoon. (The receipt I received later stated they had come and nobody was home, and also they left a voice mail... None of which was true, as I was home all day and my voice mail was empty.)
After they delivered around 5.30, I noticed there were missing items. I waited for the site to give me the option to request a refund (which took two days). So saturday I tried, but the website kept giving me an error message saying that the order had no items in it.
So, on sunday (yesterday) I tried again, and the same error message appeared. I called them again, and they said it was because no money had actually been taken as a payment. But on the morning of the delivery, I received a text from my bank saying that my credit card was charged, but now on my bank's website I see no traces of this.
What's more puzzling, now ASDA's website says the order was cancelled.
Now I find myself with having received some groceries (but not all of them), a cancelled order on their website and a credit card charge that's not happened, yet. They haven't got in touch with me, so I was thinking of doing nohing and see how the situation evolves.
But overall, I must say I'm really disappointed in how they handle their business. For comparison, I used Tesco home delivery three times and everything was perfect.

I'd also be asking the bank about the text and nothing showing on your online statement. It should at least show the payment and then a refund I would have thought.
    It's someone else's fault.

I think I may receive a text both in case of actual payments and "money checks", as in this case. That's probably the reason...
