Instant Access - Passbook Account - Who offers....

I would like to open a passbook account so I can put away some savings that I cant access when out and about at night with my card etc

I also prefer not to be able to transfer funds online from passbook account to current account etc.

Any thoughts?

Any local building societies to you? (I'm at the Nottingham Building Society and an ISA and a regular saving account are both passbook accounts)

Leeds Building Society claim a branch in Belfast - 19/21 Cornmarket. I have one of their regular saving accounts which is a passbook, sure they'll have others.

My oh has a tsb passbook account with no online transfers, pays no interest and makes no sense to me.
