I had two descriptors totaling 15 points

Should i not have been put into the support group?

If one descriptor applies to the claimant, they will be placed in the support group and will receive the Support Component in their ESA. They will not have to attend work focused interviews or a work focused health related assessment.
I had two descriptors totaling 15 points
1
1(c) Cannot unaided by another person either:
(i) mobilise more than 100 metres on level ground without stopping in order to avoid significant discomfort or exhaustion;
or
(ii) repeatedly mobilise 100 metres within a reasonable timescale because of significant discomfort or exhaustion.
Score 9
2
2(c) Cannot, for the majority of the time, remain at a work station, either:
(i) standing unassisted by another person (even if free to move around); or
(ii) sitting (even in an adjustable chair) or
(iii) a combination of (i) and (ii)
for more than an hour before needing to move away in order to avoid significant discomfort or exhaustion.
Score 6
Should i not have been put into the support group?
Thanks

To be put in the support group you need to meet just ONE of the following descriptors.

Ahh i see so 15 from one ailment and not a total from two?0

A significant proportion of people are able to get in the support group on the basis there is a substantial risk mentally or physically to their health or someone else's if found fit for work and required to look for work. Sound out your GP for a letter of support and if promising arguments, ask for a mandatory reconsideration if within time frame.0

I met two of them, but wasn't put into the support group, is it up to the decision maker whether i go in the SG or WRAG, even though i met two descriptors?0 -
If you meet any descriptor in that link, you should be in the support group. If you meet any other descriptor totalling 15 points (either through one descriptor or more than one) you'll be put in WRAG.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked
