sorry to hear about hubby. nothing worse than driving with them next to you. i hate driving with hubby he always tells me what to do although usually I disagree with him.
get better soon mr carbootcrazy
yes, got PM and replied.
ok, will need to find more moneymaking things for people with just pcs.
but if at any time you can scrape some pennies together here is some cheap phone and tablet
http://www.tesco.com/direct/ee-alcatel-pop-c1-black/559-6175.prd and don't forget to go through topcashback for extra points. you can do click and collect so no postage fees. Currently at £25
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Prontotec-Capacitive-Screen-Android-G-sensor/dp/B00FQPNW7W/ref=sr_1_13?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1429871484&sr=1-13&keywords=tablets
currently £28.99 and in more colours than just pink
I have one on watch with camelcamelcamel in case price drops further while i save amazon vouchers to buy it, I want it for my son.
Thanks for the PMs, Aesop. Will reply asap and will certainly investigate the other ideas you mentioned. You're a star:A
I've got a very basic 'old style' mobile (no internet facility) on PAYG. Only use it for emergencies if I'm out and about far from home on my own. Never had a mobile on a contract. Even if I could manage to buy a cheap smartphone/tablet I know I'd never be accepted for a contract now as my credit is so bad now I'm on a DMP and with so much debt that I'm paying off:o. I assume smartphones/tablets don't operate on PAYG. I'm clueless about these things, sorry:o0 -
No hun, the two I have posted are contract free and cheapest I have seen. That's why I posted them
Prices are subject to change especially on amazon but if you try to earn money towards one ie the phone, you can always for price to go down when you have money. Plus topcashback has sim offers although the phone might be locked to ee. You can get it unlocked so can use any sim.
But could order a free sim and get paid for it.
You can port your current number to the sim as well. Personally I would go for an 02 Sim card for the 02 priority app
And the tablet runs off wifi.
There is a survey site opinionoutpost pays out at 50 points for £2.50 paypal.
Mysurvey is another one that you can get payout on paypal too.0 -
Afternoon all, been to the charity shop, it seems there was a few people there with the same idea with me, one bloke was picking up and buying every shirt he saw! Think next time i go i'll go just as they open. I did manage to get some bargains which should bring a nice profit...
- Mens Tresspass Jacket 99p advertised for £10 on facebook
- Little childrens official disney clothign got for 3 for £1 wil sell as bulk
- Zara man Jumper 99p
- Tresspass fleece would sell at bootsale £4
- River Island jumpers and T shirts 50p each (hlaf price)
- Red Herring T shirts 50p each
- 18 motn old Ralph Lauren Polo top 30p
- girls 18 motnh old monsoon top 30p
So as you can see lots of bargains, Also picked up a camouflage gillet for 99p easily sell on for £5.
I'll keep you all posted on anything i sell!! happy money saving guys!! :T
That's a fantastic haul. Well done:T. There should be some good profits to be made with your buying-selling enterprise and I'll follow your progress with great interest ( and more than a little envy as charity shops near me are sooo expensive:mad:).
I know jumble sales have a very downmarket image but I once did something similar to you by buying some 'as new' designer/top end high street ladies clothes and selling them on eBay. I wouldn't normally venture into jumble sales but this one was organised by a 'posh' ladies group and someone tipped me off that they had brilliant stuff. I went purely to buy things to wear myself but came away with bagsfull as everything was priced at 20p and towards they end they were selling 'fill a bag (black binbag size) for £1':j. I kept a lot for myself but what I sold was a nice little earner:j. They only have one sale each year and now you've got me thinking about doing it again when I see it advertised. Thanks:T0 -

Unless you signed up with them years ago like I did and get paid at the 'old' rate of £4 a survey:j. They're certainly the best of the survey companies as far as rate of pay goes , and they are very fast to credit earnings and pay out(just days rather than the weeks you have to wait with some companies). It's great never to be screened out as Aesop says, although sadly I don't get all that many survey invites:(.0 -
Evening all  - please forgive the mammoth post but am catching up!

Have been trying to get surveys done but only disquals so far
Aesop the comp was on Netmums with Huggies. They wanted mums to comment their experience with potty training and huggies pull ups on one of the local chat boardsI actually won about a month ago but they had to collect everyone's (There were 10 winners) details before sending out the vouchers :j I'm still waiting for my Hobgoblin & After Eight wins to arrive :rotfl:
Good luck with the comps lynneI do love comping but seem to go through phases, have been quite busy recently with various bits and pieces so have been slacking
Personally I've not had any luck with the bingo sitesHave signed up to a few via swags and gifthulk so got my points at least but no wins. Although if you haven't already, do join Geolotto, think Aesop posted about it a few pages back. It really is free money :j you do have to dig and persist every day with it but the pennies do add up; I'm at £4-odd so hopefully cashing out next month :j
:T:j Well done for smashing that target dorajar :T:j
Well done for today Azzzaa :T:j
Well done Samiszel :T:j
Awesome atti, you've done more for the environment than 6p, that's just a bonus :T:j And you've smashed your target for the month so all's well
carbootcrazy I have a smartphone on my amazon wishlist - I can't afford to buy one but my swags and gifthulk will eventually generate enough vouchers to pay for it :j Then I'll be able to run all those apps and catch up :rotfl: Best wishes for your OH and his poorly foot. Well done for smashing your monthly target too bth :T:j
Aesop I am tempted by that phone... what is camelcamelcamel btw? Please and tanku x Will check out that KonMarie thingy in a bit; have too many tabs open atm still doing surveys and don't want to kill my lappy :rotfl: I'm on pineconeAnd well done on your swags :T

You have worked hard, just had a run of bad luck, we all do sometimes. Keep your eyes peeled as there'll be loads of other ideas that I hope will inspire you to carry on, we're all rooting for you :j

Just added another eBay listing, found an old 7 day xbox live code in the spare room, checked it online and still valid
Was also looking at my coupons as I have some valid for months yet but can't seem to find the right selling category
Really want that phone Aesop posted so am looking for stuff to sell, so far only found some of DD's clothing that's too small but most have small marks so am contemplating storing for those cash for clothes places. We have one nearby but they pay next to nothing so I doubt a carrier bag would even get me pennies :rotfl:
Checking out camel now tanku Aesop x
Still struggling with my dailies so off to surveys...
