1. The winner or their guest must be at least 21years old and hold a full driving licence to be able to drive the hire car and have a credit card in their name for the refundable hire car deposit. The other person needs to be at least 18 years old. Both require a valid 10-year UK passport, with six months or more remaining after return to the UK.

THE PRIZE

1. This Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except for employees of Immediate Media, Lonely Planet, Canadian Sky and Destination British Columbia, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this competition.

1. There will be one overall prize for one winner plus guest. The prize includes return economy flights for two from London to Vancouver, six days’ car hire with insurance included, two nights at the Georgian Court Hotel, Vancouver, two nights’ full board at Sonora Resort, plus one-hour eco-adventure tour, spa vouchers, free access to fly-fishing lake, virtual golf course, cinema, pool and tennis courts, one night at Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria, return ferry crossings and water taxis. Full board includes: all gourmet meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner and appetizers, all beverages (liquor, wine, beer, juice and water), use of all amenities at the resort: Outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, steam rooms, tennis court & games room, access to 2 stocked rainbow fly-fishing ponds with all equipment, complimentary use of mountain bikes, archery lessons and complimentary Wifi.

1. The maximum total prize value is £4,000 based on the recommended retail value at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.

1. The flights and accommodation must be taken in one trip, and both require 14 days advance booking and are subject to availability. Travel is permissible from 18 May – 22 June 2015, 1 May – 22 June 2016, and 26 August – 15 October 2015 or 2016. Sonora is not available during the following dates in 2015 only: 8–10 June, 7–9 July, 25–26 August, 9–14 September, 18–19 September 2015. Travel must be taken by 15 October 2016. 1. Prize travel is subject to General Conditions of Carriage. The winner and their companion must travel together on prize flights and will not accrue frequent flyer points on the prize travel. An upgrade cannot be purchased on airfares with cash or frequent flyer points.

1. Immediate Media, Lonely Planet, Canadian Sky and Destination British Columbia makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at the destination.

1. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and companion.

1. The winner and their chosen companion must comply with all relevant customs, security and immigration requirements, including appropriate passport and visa requirements. Immediate Media, Lonely Planet, Canadian Sky and Destination British Columbia will not be responsible for any passenger’s failure to comply with these requirements.

1. The prize winner and the companion are responsible for holding a passport with at least six months validity. And must organise relevant visas where required.

1. The prize does NOT include any insurance, travel to and from your London airport, or any travel or other expenses during the trip. Any out of pocket expenses (such as phone, room service, drinks purchases, gifts and food are not included in the prize.

1. The package is non-transferable and no alternative packages will be offered.

1. There is no cash alternative.

1. The competition prize is subject to availability.

1. Immediate Media, Lonely Planet, Canadian Sky and Destination British Columbia shall not be responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damages or losses suffered by the entrant or a third party.

1. The winner will be selected at random from all entries. The Promoter’s decision will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
