Heating and cooling a conservatory. Recommendations?

I was wondering if anyone could recommend an electric/oil heater and or fan which work well in their conservatories?
My conservatory is South West facing and 20sqm (4m/5m). I am looking to understand what products work in conservatories and which to avoid.
Cooling in summer is obvious, looking for a heater in winter to work off of a timer to heat the conservatory for an hour or two a day in the depts of winter.
Thanks in advance

We've got a dwarf wall heater in our conservatory similar to this one:

We don't use it much as it costs a lot to run however, on the few occasions we do use the conservatory in the cold weather, it heats the space quickly.0 -
I would recommend a split air conditioning unit, these can be used for both heating and cooling, as well as costing around 1/3rd the amount to run compared to all other electrical heating.
These can be installed for around £500-600 DIY or £1000 fully installed.

My parents have one in their conservatory.
It's noisy.0
