Noisy radiator even after bleeding

Hi
One of our radiators is constantly making a noise (like popcorn popping) when it's on. We tried to bleed it but water started coming out straight away. Any other ideas what the issue could be?
Thanks!

I've had this issue - it seemed to be simply that the water was rushing through the rads with too much force/speed. Turning the lockshields down the same amount on all radiators removed the noise. Of course it means the rads take slightly longer to heat up, but it's worth it for peace and quiet.0

Thank you! We turned down the valve and all is quiet0

If it was just one radiator that you turned down then be aware that it could affect the balancing of the system - in other words you could find that the offending rad never gets fully hot because other rads have fully open valves and the flow rushes through those instead.
In my case, all the rads were rather noisy so I turned them all down the same amount.0
