need help, weekly signing confusion

ok, i have been on weekly signing but recently my adviser referred me to a different adviser and said as a result i will now only have to sign fortnightly and see the new adviser the opposite week. i was given a print out saying this which my old adviser signed and dated. this new adviser is a plonker though and is currently scheduling appointments with them the same week as my normal signing. that means the opposite week has no appointment scheduled. when i last signed i noticed they were booking people into group sessions for next week instead of the weekly signing. they didnt do this to me after pointed out i am now on fortnightly signing. they gave me the little slip that says i next sign in the week beginning 20th april. my new adviser as i hinted at earlier has booked me in to see them that week but not at all between now and then. they said they have holidays booked in.
so is the print out and slip i mentioned enough to cover me or should i worry if i dont attend again until the week beginning 20th april?

The 6th is a bank holiday so you will be excused signing as the office will be closed
