common and uncommon, i would say.
there is another thread here re. cahoot and moving away from them now that they are stopping paying interest.
i used to have Current, Savings and Creditcard Accounts with them..but they were no longer useful, so like others, i moved away.

Aren't Santander just letting Cahoot wither on the vine? I noticed a while back that it was the only account I had that had a "Close this account" button on my home page. I took the hint.

I have been with them since July 2002 and keep the account open for sundry items. Also their overdraft interest is 10.3 percent.

i was thinking about shutting the account but i've had it for ages and worry about moving to a new bank. Its also nice to say i'm banking with an exclusive bank as as far as im aware it is no longer possible to open a current account with cahoot. It is obvious that santander are trying to kill it with this move but im think i will hang in there until the end , im not going to be bullied abot by spanish companies

    It's hardly bullying.

But staying put for no benefit makes little sense.
